Dijani Brown, 28, from Yonkers New York was arrested by the US Marshal’s Service after he failed to turn himself into police on charges that he sexually assaulted a 14 year old child in Horsham, which is in Montgomery County Pa. on October 14, 2025. Police said that two days before, he allegedly did the same thing to a 13 year old in Lancaster County.

Police said Brown was making fake profiles on internet friend finder sites that included him lying about his age. He allegedly drove to PA to meet his victims, police said. According to police the assaults happened in his vehicle.

Members of the U.S. Marshals New York/New Jersey Regional Task Force and investigators from the Marshals Task Force in Philadelphia apprehended Brown at a residence in Yonkers, New York. Brown was found staying with a family member and arrested without incident. He was transported to the Westchester County jail where he awaits extradition to Pennsylvania.

“The arrest of Dijani Brown removes a sexual predator from the community and underscores the seriousness with which the Marshal Service treats warrants involving children.” said Robert Clark, Supervisory Deputy Marshal for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania.
