11 Year Old Shoots and Kills Mothers Boyfriend After Disturbance

Philadelphia Police confirmed that a 30 year old male was shot and killed during a family disturbance on the 1100 block of Peach Street last night, about 11:30 PM. Details are still coming in but police released the following.
The male went to the home of his girlfriend and an argument started, which turned physical. That is when the girlfriend’s 11 year old son grabbed his mothers pistol and fired one shot, killing the male.His body was found in the second floor bedroom with one gun shot wound to his face. He was pronounced dead at the scene.
Police said that they are interviewing both the mother and son , who are cooperating.No charges have been filed at this time, police said. Police have not yet released the identity of the decadent.
