Crash Sends People To Hospital, Shuts Down Street Road In Bensalem

A grinding two vehicle crash at the intersection of Street Road and I-95 sent at least one male to the hospital with serious but not life threatening injuries. The crash happened about 10:00 AM on Street Road at the northbound exit to I-95.
At least one male went to the hospital. Traffic exiting from I-95 could not turn left and traffic approaching the intersection from State Road were diverted. Police were on scene determining exactly what happened, whether it was a left turn or a car coming from I-95.
Tow trucks were dispatched immediately to clear the wreckage and get traffic moving. The road was blocked for about 40 minutes.
