Male Arrested In Bristol By US Marshal’s Service For Child Porn Possession In NJ

Christian Zahirny, of Bristol Borough, was arrested yesterday in Bristol Borough on charges that he allegedly possessed and shared child pornograophy in Mercer County New Jersey. At 6:15 AM, The US Marshal’s Service, along with the Mercer County Prosecutors Office, Bristol Borough Police and other state and local agencies raided a house on the 500 block of Swain Street.
Inside, law enforcement found Zahirny and arrested him without incident. He was then paraded to a police vehicle in his pajamas. An arrest warrant was issued for him on March 30 of this year. His whereabouts were unknown until a few days ago. That information was confirmed and law enforcement set up surveillance on the property to insure he would be there.
After his arrest, Zahirny was taken to the Bristol Borough Police Station where he was processed. He will be held in Pennsylvania pending extradition to New Jersey.
