Bryan Christopher Williams, 31, is behind bars in the Bucks County Prison, held with no bail, after the US Marshal’s had to go to Philly to fetch him. Wiliams was taken into custody without incident, authorities said.

His crimes are against children and there are a lot of allegations. The victim was 11 years old when Williams is alleged to have started the sexual assaults. They placed a phone call to Williams recently and he admitted the assaults.

The sexual assaults allegedly occurred between 2021 and 2025 at various locations, including the Mill Creek Village Apartments in Penndel and the Neshaminy Shore Picnic Park in Hulmeville. The victim was 11 years old at the time of the first sexual assault. Williams was charged with rape of a child, involuntary deviate sexual intercourse with a child, rape by forcible compulsion, statutory sexual assault and corruption of minors.

District Attorney Joe Khan expressed gratitude for the swift action of the federal and local partners involved in the apprehension. “The safety of our children is a paramount priority,” he said. “Thanks to the coordinated efforts of the U.S. Marshals, our county detectives, and the Bucks County Park Police, a dangerous individual is off the streets and will face justice.”

The investigation is continuing and authorities think there may be more victims who have been sexually assaulted by Williams. Anyone with information on this is urged to call Bucks County Detectives 215-348-6354.
