“Cool Parents” Charged With Hosting Underage Halloween Drinking Party In Warrington

Two Warrington adults, Michael and Rachel Moore are under arrest and charged with allowing minors to drink alcoholic beverages at their Joelle Court home during the night of Halloween 2025. This party was so lit that it even had a guest list.
The Moores were in the garage allegedly checking names off the list of those kids allowed to be at the party. They had at least one area, a bar in the basement and there were a lot of red solo cups around. The party was out of control as Michael Moore told police he hired a bouncer and that bouncer never showed up.
Police said there were multiple jars of alcohol around the house when they entered. As they arrived, Michael Moore is alleged to have asked the police inside the home to assist with the situation. The situation came to light when one person could not enter due to their name not being on the list. So , according to police reports, that person called police.
Charges of furnishing alcohol to minors was just filed this week. were just filed against the parents this week, police said.
