Bystander Arrested For Evidence Tampering At Royal Farms Shooting

A 45 year old male who witnessed a confrontation between two men outside the Royal Farms store on Aramingo Have. has been arrested after he is alleged to have kicked a gun under bushes and not told anyone according to police.

Police said two males were in an argument inside the store last night about 8:00 PM. When they got outside, one male pulled out a gun and pointed it at the other male. The male who had a gun pointed at him then pulled his own gun and shot his attacker dead. According to police it most likely is going to be self defense.

A 45 year old male then started to photograph and or record the shooting victim and did not render aid. He then is alleged to have kicked the gun under some bushes. He did not inform police that the gun was moved.

  1. Ah, don’t crucify the poor bystander for kicking the dead man’s gun away.
    Apparently, the bystander watches a lot of tv cop shows (CSI Miami, etc) and sees the cops kick the gun away from downed criminals, so they don’t have any chance to get it.

    And also on those shows the use of taking pictures of the scene.
