  1. To alex lloyd gross. Your story is incorrect, where do you get your information from? Where you there??
The driver was going northbound on 9th, stopped at a red light, when light turned green, crossed oregon ave, the scooter driver rammed into the back of the truck going westbound on oregon, blowing the red light. The driver called the ambulance & has 6 witnesses.
Please get your facts straight before posting false information.

  2. We’ve got TOO MANY scooters and e-bikes FLYING around the streets these days.
The same goes for all those motorized skateboard things.
At least the noisy illegal ATV’s and dunebuggie things havn’t been seen lately, thanks to law enforcement confiscating them and sending them to the junkyard crusher. – Thank You!
The Philly streets were made for AUTOMOBILES.
Those young riders don’t have a clue about traffic laws, stop lights, or other people.
So all this joyriding will take its toll…. again and again.
