Bensalem Resident Arrested For Threats at State Reps Office

Donald Ambrose, 65, from Bensalem visited the District Office of state Rep KC Tomlinson on Bristol Road on June 9, 2026 He became irate and started to make threats against staff that worked there and police said he started to toss paperwork around that was on the desks of staff.
He left and came back with a gas can from his vehicle. Why he needed a gas can was unclear but employees thought that he could set the building on fire, police said. Ambose left but staff knew who he was and police caught up with him.
Ambrose was located and taken into custody. Ambrose was charged with Terroristic Threats, Harassment, and Disorderly Conduct. Ambrose was arraigned before Magisterial District Judge Joseph P. Falcone, who set bail at 10% of $200,000.00. Ambrose was subsequently remanded to the Bucks County Correctional Facility.
