On April 12, 2026 at 2:25 AM a couple were waiting for a ride share . Three males approached them, police said and then and argument started. This took place near 2nd and Market Streets. As the ride share vehicle arrived, the three males then are alleged to have punched, kicked and assaulted the man. When the woman he was with tried to intervene, the males tossed her to the ground as well, police said.

Both victims sustained significant injuries during the encounter. Both individuals were transported by medics to Jefferson Hospital for treatment and subsequently required follow-up medical care. The incident also resulted in physical damage to the rideshare vehicle.

The males ran away but were caught by security cameras and other techniques. It turns out that two of the males were recruits at Syracuse University, going there on a scholarship to play football. They are identified as Charles Foulke and Masiia Acrey. That football scholarship is questionable right now.

Both were held high bail on charges of Aggravated Assault, Criminal Conspiracy, Harassment, and related offenses. The third male was Jalen Millevoix. They all went to high school in Glassboro, reports said. It is unknown if Millevoix played football as well.
