Habitual Child Predator Arrested In Bensalem

47-year-old Adner Pagan-Fred of Philadelphia is in serious trouble, again. Police said that in mid June of this year, Pagen-Fed went on a social media, dating site and started to chat up with wheat he thought was a 13 year old girl, police said. It was actually an under cover detective and Pagen Fred was telling the detective all the fun, sexual things he wanted to do with the 13 year old girl.
He even said that he wanted to “Be her boyfriend”. This is not Pagen-Fred’s first rodeo. He had done this before and police learned he was a lifetime registered sex offender. At 47 years old, he still finds 13 year old children sexually attractive, according to court documents. .
Police got a warrant for his arrest and he was picked up within East Whiteland Township. He was arranging on chargers of unlawful contact with a minor and sexual abuse of children. His bail was set at 10% of $15,000,000.00. by District Justice Kevin Wagner
