Upper Southampton Male Arrested or Taping Intimate Marital Moments

On July 14,2026, Milton Washington, of Upper Southampton Twp. was arrested after he allegedly videotaped sexual encounters with his wife and uploaded those encounters onto the internet, police said. His wife had no idea of what was going on and gave no permission to be recorded.
Eventually, Washington’s wife found he had an Only Fans account and some of their lovemaking sessions were uploaded to that platform without consent, police said in court documents. The couple had been married for 19 years.
Washington’s wife sent him a text message to which he allegedly admitted to being in a different frame of mind when the acts were recorded. He also told his wife that he imagined himself as a porn star. Washington was a technology worker and was familiar with recording equipment. His wife said he had phone around the house with cameras that he claimed were used to see when she was sleeping and not disturb her.
The last recording happened in April of this year. All of the recordings and messages about them were deleted. Washington was charged with invasion of privacy and related offenses.
