Bensalem School Bus Aide Arrested For Inappropriate Touching Of 14 Year Old Student

Bensalem Police have arrested 62 year old Ali Khan for his inappropriate actions on a school bus. According to police, he was employed as a school bus aide and on at least two different occasions, he targeted a 14 year old special needs student while she was on her way to Bensalem High School, extended school year program.
The girl, who we are not naming reported the assault to her parents and they called police. There are security cameras on the bus and police said it captured Khan directing the girl to a seat. He then draped his body over hers, while touching her for an extended time. He was caught rubbing her legs and thighs. The girl closed her legs together and put her hands in her lap. Police said that Khan then allegedly pulled her legs apart to touch her some more.
Khan had a cellphone in his hand. Police are looking at that phone to see if her recorded the encounter. Khan was also caught on video putting his hand down the front of his pants.
Khan was charged with endangering the welfare of a child, corruption of minors and indecent assault. His bail was set at $500,000 / 10 percent. He was remanded to the Bucks County Prison.
