South Philly Home Invader Gets Nothing But Hurt When Homeowner Fights Back

A male who thought it would be a good idea to rob a homeowner in South Philly during the early morning hours of September 11, 2026 got nothing but a beating, before running away. According to police,this male was stalking the area of 20th and Morris, walking down alleys and peering into homes.
He spent 10 minutes doing this, police said, before he spotted a man taking out his trash. The male then tried to force his way into the persons home. Police said this did not go over well as the homeowner fought back.
