Northeast Philly Resident Jailed For Fighting Cops and Gun Assault At Bensalem Office

Wilson Roberts of E. Howell Street in Northeast Philadelphia was sent to Bucks County Prison with no bail for a serious assault allegation that happened just after 1:38 PM on September 28, 2026. According to Bensalem Police, Roberts went the place of employment on Northbrook Drive that a female he was acquainted with worked.

Roberts tried to confront her and was approached by a male co worker of the woman. Roberts then turned his attention to this male and the altercation was heated. Roberts is alleged to have pulled a pistol from his pants pocket and pointed it at the male. A second male came to try and diffuse the situation and Roberts is alleged to have pointed the gun at him as well.

When officers arrived, they found him sitting in his car in the rear parking lot of the office building. Police tried to take him from his car and he tried to run. He was quickly brought down and a fight ensued between Roberts and officers from the Bensalem Police Department, police said. A loaded .38 was found on him.

Roberts is alleged to have kicked one of the officers in his face, causing a bruise above his right eye. He was finally taken into custody and charged with multiple counts of Aggravated Assault (F2), Terroristic Threats (M1), Possessing an Instrument of Crime (M1), Resisting Arrest (M2) and other related charges.

  1. So TYPICAL that these animals ALWAYS seem to pull out a GUN to settle an argument over something that they KNEW was a WRONG thing to do.
    This of course reinforces the FACT that their I.Q. is the same as their AGE.

    And when you ACT like a dangerous animal, you get put in a CAGE like one.
