Federal Prison Guard Admits To Having Sex With Fort Dix Inmate

Jordan Pensak, 27, a corrections officer at Federal Correctional Institution Fort Dix (Fort Dix) admitted in Federal Court that she developed a relationship with a male inmate at Fort Dix and on at least one occasion, had unprotected sex with him. The relationship was consensual.
However, prison guards are prohibited from sexual contact with any inmate regardless of the circumstances. Pensak ‘s encounter happened in January of this year. The unnamed inmate also shared explicit messages and photos with Pensak, with one of two cell phones he was not allowed to have, prison officials said.
In those messages from Pensak, she also contacted the inmates family and other people and not only admitted to the sexual affair but raised concerns that she may be pregnant with the inmates child.
She gets sentenced on February 10,2027 and Pensak could get up to 15 years incarceration, officials said. Her charge was sexual abuse of a person in federal custody.
