Bensalem Business Damaged By Fire

A fire was reported at the Delaware Valley Truck Lift facility on Ford Road, in Bensalem Bucks County today May 5, 2019. The fire was reported just after 3:00 PM. When fire companies arrived on scene, they had a smoke condition inside the building. They were not sure of what they had or how bad in could turn, so they called in more equipment. Firefighters that went inside, found a large pile of wooden pallets on fire around a forklift. It was extinguished within minutes but the building still had a large amount of smoke inside.
The fire was declared under control quickly. The Fire Marshal was dispatched to the scene to determine the cause. There were no reported injuries.
