Bucks County accused drug dealer charged in two overdose deaths

Have you ever known someone to suffer an overdose and thought that the dealer who sold them the drugs should be held accountable?  Today, police charged Ryan Thomas Bittner Walsh,, 24 of Bensalem  after investigators with Bensalem found out he was the person that allegedly sold two fatal doses of Heroin that contained Fenanyl

The men’s bodies were discovered inside their respective homes with packages containing heroin and fentanyl nearby. Though the packaging for the drugs was different — unlabeled baggies were found with Fernandez, while the drugs that killed Bazik came in baggies labeled “Scarface” — police determined that the source of the drugs was the same.

Walsh’s charged in the overdose deaths of 24-year-old Ricardo Fernandez and 20-year-old Morgan Bazik come as the result of tireless investigation by detectives from the Falls Township and Bensalem Township police departments. He is charged with two counts of drug delivery resulting in death and related charges. In 2017, police said that he sold drugs that caused the deaths of 24-year-old Ricardo Fernandez and 20-year-old Morgan Bazik in Bensalem and Falls Twps.
