Help catch center city bicycle thief

Philadelphia Police are asking for your help in identifying the person caught on video stealing a bicycle that was parked outside the Reading Terminal Market. This happened about a few weeks ago on March 24, 2019. The victim locked his light blue “Jamis” bicycle on Arch Street, near the market. When he returned, about 5:00 PM he discovered his bike had been stolen. No one likes to have a bicycle stolen. Fortunately, this area is festooned with security cameras and one got a really great shot of the thief.
Take a good look.He might be from the area and he might have changed is appearance slightly. If you know who he is, police want to hear from you..

The suspect is described by police as a black male in his 50’s with slight build. He wears glasses.
