Help Philly Cops Catch Hit and Run Driver

Philadelphia Police just released a photo of a red van that struck and seriously injured Donzel Taylor, 24 during the early morning hours of May 26, 2019. The photo was released by police this week. The accident happened at 2:24 AM on North 5th Street by Rockland Street. The driver hit Taylor and kept going. He never stopped. The van will have damage to the front hood and front end. The windshield may also be damaged.
If you have any info on who was driving this, or the van owner, you are asked to call police. You can remain anonymous. The incident was caught on security camera and an image is being shared with the public.
