Penndel Police: Be on the Lookout for Fraudulent PECO Notices

Penndel Police issued a release this evening about a report of a fake PECO notice posted at a residence in their area.
The notice, pictured, is very similar to turn off notices the power company issues to customers in arrears, however, in this case according to police this specific one is “fraudulent.” fake PECO
Penndel police ask residents that may have have received one of these notices not to call the number or provide any personal information to anyone
Additionally police “urge anyone with surveillance cameras to contact police at 215-757-5151 if you have any footage of anyone suspicious walking around today.”
