Possible Serial Rapist Targeting Teenage Girls On Loose

Philadelphia Police are looking for a male who has raped two teenagers, as they exited the Route 14 bus. The first incident happened On October 15 2019 when an 18 year old female was walking on Levick Street. The girl had just gotten off the bus and walked towards Elbridge Street, when the male approached her from the rear and raped her in the driveway. He took her phone and escaped on foot.
The second incident was on October 22, 2019 when a 16 year old girl got off the bus, was approached from behind. The suspect pulled her jacket over her head while telling her not to make any noise. He raped her in an alley , stole her phone and took off. Police do not believe the suspect was riding the bus.
Security cameras around the area captured the suspect and SEPTA police are looking at camera footage from the bus to see if they might have picked up something. Bus cameras record activity outside the bus as well.
- Suspect Description: Black male, large build, wearing gray sweatpants, white socks and black slides.
