Car Thief Loses Freedom At Casino, Was Wanted For Double Murder In NJ

State Police  assigned to Parx Casino got word that a stolen car was in the casino parking lot in the afternoon of  October 28, 2019.  They checked video surveillance and found that one male drove the car and parked it then went in to play black jack at 7:49 AM.  He stayed on the casino floor by himself. Mid afternoon is  when troopers watched a surveillance video of him, it matched that of a man wanted by Warren Twp. New Jersey. In fact he had an active warrant for his arrest. By 3:50 PM they had taken him into custody on the casino floor..

 

 

 

He was identified as Todd Steven Warner of Washington Twp. New Jersey.  Warren County Prosecutors took the vehicle into their custody , in relation to a double homicide of the owner of the vehicle, Joyanne Warner, his family member.. Warner was charged with receiving stolen property locally. New Jersey authorities charged him with the murder of his elderly parents.
