Who Tossed Explosive Device Onto House Porch? Cops Want To Know

Philadelphia Police just released video of a very serious incident that happened July 10, 2020. It happened at 3:38 AM, in the middle of the night, when people were sleeping. That, according to police, is when two males in an unknown car stopped along the 4700 block of D Street and one of them lit an explosive device and tossed it onto the porch.
