Bensalem Peeper Perv Caught On Video

People go clothes shopping and try on clothes to make sure they fit. That is done in the privacy of a dressing room. That did not matter to the above male, who wanted to take a souvenir of a patron who was changing clothes.
Bensalem Police said that on September 5 2020, a patron was in the Goodwill store on the 2600 block of Street Road. She was changing clothes when she noticed a cell phone get slipped underneath the changing room. The perv did it twice. The victim got dressed and saw the male run out the front door.
The actor was described as a white male with tattoos on his forearm, wearing a hat, black t-shirt with “North Western Mfg Co Built for the North” logo, gray shorts and blue and orange sneakers. Even though he is wearing a mask, he can be identified. Call (215)633-3719 if you know who he is.
