A female driving on Bristol-Emilie Road  just after 3:30 AM today, September 26, 2020, destroyed a house and one mans life. All because she could not slow down.  She was driving on the road just past Green lane, heading towards Five Points.  He speed was excessive as she rounded a curve, went airborne, slammed Dale Franz’ house  sideways and bounced off,  before slamming into a tow truck. The entire front of his house is ripped away,  along with Mr. Franz spirit.

“This should not have happened, I work hard, I just go done putting all new floors in a few years ago, doing renovations, the place looked beautiful, until he got his unwelcome guest this morning.  Franz, who was home at the time was not hurt and neither was his dog, who was scared. “This sounded like and earthquake, that’s what I  thought it was,  it went on for so long,” he said.  The driver is in extremely critical condition, as of last reports.

No other cars were involved, except for the tow truck which was parked unattended next door.  “Something happened similar to this a few years back, a wheel came off a car and went into my front door.  The driver did not have proper insurance, state minimum so I could not get anything and now this. From what i hear she does not have any insurance either it’s not fair, Franz said.

Bristol Emilie Road was closed for several hours until the wreckage could be removed.
