As the looting and  stealing continued last night, Philadelphia Police were able to gain an upper hand and arrest several looters. Two such individuals are suspected of trying burglarize a shoe store on the Roosevelt Boulevard.  There have been reports of several U-Haul trucks that have been stolen.  That being said,  two males still thought it would be a good idea to take a U-Haul and try to burglarize a shoe store.  When they were caught, they thought the bulky rental truck could out run several police cars and a helicopter.
