Philly Male Charged With Stealing Credit Cards In Bucks County

Clifton Fleming, 48, of Philadelphia is behind bars in Bucks County. He turned himself in after learning of an arrest warrant out for him. Police in Central Bucks said that he was at Pags Pub, in Doylestown Borough on October 18.
It was there, police said that he allegedly went into a purse of a customer with out authorization. He helped himself to $250.00 cash and credit cards. He later used the credit cards to ring up $1500.00 in fraudulent transactions, police said. He is held under $50,000 bail /10percent. He faces theft and access device fraud charges. Even if his bail is paid, there is a detainer on him for charges in Maryland. He won’t be getting out of jail anytime soon.
