Multiple People Shot In Northeast Philadelphia This Weekend

Philadelphia Police were busy in the northeast and in Frankford. They are  investigating several shootings during the weekend of Match 12 through 14 2021. . In one instance, the victim died.  On Friday, March 12, police were called to the 8800 block of Frankford Avenue.  A 24 year old female was sitting in a vehicle when she was shot multiple times.  The shooting happened at 5:54 PM. Medics rushed her to the hospital, where she was pronounced dead at 6:27 PM.  No arrests have been made and no weapon was recovered.

Also on March 12, 2021,  a male was shot twice, once to the chest and once to the back at 3:23 PM.No arrests were made in that shooting  and no weapons have been recovered.

In Frankford,   On the 4800 blockof Tackawana  Street,  at  a double shooting happened with no arrests being made and no weapon recovered. , VICTIM #1– A 19- year old  male was shot one time in the elbow and one time in the abdomen   He was transported  by private car to Jefferson Frankford  Hoospital.   VICTIM #2– A 45-year old male E was shot three times in his right  leg. Medics took him to the same hospital . Both males are in stable condition. Police investigated the crime scene and held the vehicle  for evidence.
