Cross Dressing Male Wanted For Lewd Acts In Bucks County

People have the right to dress in any clothing that is appropriate. Males can walk down the street wearing a dress if they so choose. That is not a crime.  What is a crime is to expose yourself , and masturbate on a public street or in a private parking lot or on a public sidewalk. That is exactly what the male in the above pictured car is accused of doing. The male is not pictured, only the car.

He was caught on video in Plumstead, Bucks County on the 6200 block of Kellers Church Road at the Worth and Company lot on April 7, 2021. He was trespassing on private property.  The video also shows him dressed in women’s clothing, pleasuring himself multiple times on a sidewalk and on the private property, next to the vehicle. which appears to  be 2014 or 2015 Acura TLX sedan with tinted windows and after market tires and rims. The male is observed smoking several Marlboro cigarettes while on scene and disposing them on the property.
