PECO Trouble Causes Major Roadway To Be Closed In Philly/Bensalem

June 12, 2202 1f you have to go into Bensalem or Northeast Philadelphia do not take Knights Road. It is closed in both directions between the entry to Philadelphia Mills and Creekside Apartments. Police have it blocked in the city and cones in Bensalem. Moving the cones will cost you hundreds of dollars in fines and you are risking your life.
During the night and early morning hours, a high voltage power line came down and burned a hole in the street. Power went out in the apartment complex multiple times. No injuries were reported. This road closure is expected to last into the early evening, PECO representatives said.
