Phila Police

Being in business is hard enough without criminals costing you money.  That is exactly what happened January 4 2022 to the Top Nail Salon located on 11th Street, near Market Street. It was business as usual, until the three males pictured walked by. just about 6:00 PM. One of the males had a rock in his hand, that he threw at the window. The window broke and the three males ran away, but not before they were video taped near a subway station.

Take a look at the video. None of them are wearing a mask. Identifying them should be easy. police want to hear from you if you know who they are. Most likely, they are juveniles, that have no clue as to how hard it is to work to get $3000.
