Male Wanted For Attempted Robbery On Spring Garden Street

The male in the above photo is wanted by Philadelphia Police for attempting to rob a lady who was taking money out of an ATM on the 400 block of Spring Garden Street. It was just before 7:30 AM on January 31,2022 when the woman was at the ATM. The male in the above photo,not wearing any mask then grabbed her from behind after she got her money.
He demanded she hand over her cash and phone. To his surprise, the female refused and told the would be thief to leave her alone. He then ran away from the scene, getting nothing but a decent photo from the ATM camera.
