Male Wanted In Connection With Bristol Murder

ACCORDING TO MERIDETH BROOKS, THE CORONER FOR BUCKS COUNTY, THE VICTIM “WAS IMPACTED MULTIPLE TIMES WITH A SHARP OBJECT”. WHEN ASKED IF THAT IS CONSISTENT WITH A STAB WOUND, HER RESPONSE WAS ” YES, MULTIPLE TIMES”. SHE SAID THE BODY WAS FOUND IN THE LIVING ROOM OF THE HOUSE. Original story is below:

Police in the region are looking to speak with Brian Joseph Carey, 41, who is listed as a person of interest in the death of his step father, Joseph Jakimowicz, who had lived at the Winder Drive home since 2013. According to Levittown Now, The elder Jakimowicz was employed as a prison guard in Philadelphia.
Police and the District Attorney have not formally said Carey is a suspect but he is a person of interest, which means they have some questions that they need him to answer and they need him to clarify a few things.
Carey is said to be operating his step fathers 2006 Chevy Trailblazer and may have the tag GNJ-5128 Pennsylvania. The vehicle is silver in color. Authorities did not disclose the manner of death . They were called to the house last night February 15, 2022 , on the 700 block of Windsor Drive . If you encounter Carey, police said not to have contact with him but call 911 if you know where he is or who he is staying with.
