Male Arrested For Having Sex With A Child In Central Bucks

Sometimes, a teenager will be confused about sex or their sexual orientation. It is normal and it is also normal for that teenager to talk with adults about their feelings. What is not normal is for an adult to take advantage of these talks and to have that child provide sexual favors to them, even if it to see if the child liked it.
Jason Batistoni is a gay male that lives with another individual in Perkasie Pa ( Bucks County),, police said. Law enforcement got a complaint from a male that stated about four years ago when he was 14 years old, he was confused and wanted to speak with Batistoni about being gay. He knew Batistoni because Batistroni and his lover were friends with his mother. The 14 year old, now an adult was bothered by what happened to him and filed a complaint with Bucks County Children and Youth Services. They then forwarded that info to police in Perkasie that investigated.
The victim related that after these talks, Both men had him over for sleepovers that escalated into sexual abuse between both males and the then 14 year old 8th grade student. Police said that these sleep overs happened multiple times, in which the 14 year old boy had sex acts done to him and also did the same to the two grown men.
After an investigation, police brought charges against Jason Batistoni for sexual assault of children, sexual assault of a minor under the age of 16 and related offenses. His bail was set at $250,000. The other male has not been charged as of yet.
