Philly Police Investigate Frankford Murder

A man had died after being found on the 1600 block of Margaret Street, bleeding from multiple gunshot wounds. This happened yesterday May 17, 2022 just before 11:30 AM, according to police.
Police scooped the victim and rushed him to Temple University Hospital, where he was pronounced dead about an hour later. He was identified as Giovanni Canales of Brill Street. No suspects have been arrested. Police are souring the area , looking for video footage.Police did not say what the motive was .
