Former Philly Cop Jailed For DUI Crash That Killed Two Dogs

It was during an overnight party at the Fraternal Order Of Police that Greg Campbell left drunk. He admitted in court he drove drunk, and flowed his vehicle into a house on Comly Road, trapping two people. He vehicle did not just hit the house, he drove through the house, obliterating it. Two pet dogs were killed in the crash.
Today, Campbell was sentenced to 11 1/2 to 23 months in jail for drunk driving and related charges. Campbell was suspended and subsequently fired from the police department. He held the job as an officer for two years. After Campbell is released from jail, he will serve a period of probation.
