Newtown Burglar Gets State Prison

In 2020 there a series of burglaries at different businesses on Sycamore Street in Newtown Township, Bucks County. It was on Feb 1, of that year that Newtown Pizza, Green Straw Smoothies, Be Bronzed and an attempted burglary at Belle Med Spa happened. This was just before the pandemic closed everything down. Police worked hard to get clues such as fingerprints, video and forensic samples.
David Andrauskas from Philadelphia was identified as a suspect and arrested. He eventually entered a guilty plea to the break in’s. He learned his fate today as he was sentenced to 61/2 to 13 years in state prison for his crimes. He will also pay restitution.
