Male Arrested For Firing Gun During Neighbor Dispute In Southampton

David J. Crean, of Hilltop Avenue in Feasterville is in trouble with the law after he was arrested following a dispute. This all started on the evening of June 24, 2022 when he fired some shots from a gun into the air after a disturbance in front of his house, police said.
Neighbors called police and when they arrived, they found he fired two shots from a Beretta 9mm. There was also a live round that was found in the street in front of his house. As police were doing an investigation, it was determined that one of his neighbors suffered a gunshot wound to their foot, when the bullet ricocheted off the ground.
Crean was arrested for reckless endangerment , weapons offenses and disorderly conduct. He was released on $5000 unsecured bail by District Judge Daniel Baranowski
