Arrest Warrant Issued For 15 Year Old Boy In Roxborough Killing

15 year old Troy Fletcher is the fourth suspect named in the killing of Roxborough football player Nicholas Elizalde. . He was killed when a bunch of males opened fire on him and other players as they left the football field after a scrimmage on September 27,2022
Fletcher is a fugitive from justice, police said. They are working with federal officials to apprehend and bring to justice those responsible for the murder on September 27,2022
To date, four suspects have been named. Dayron Burney-Thorn and Fletcher have not been caught. Yaaseen Bivins and Zyheid Jones have been taken into custody, police said.
Should you know where Fletcher or Burney-Thorn are hiding out, police want to hear from you. Anyone that is helping them by giving them shelter, food, money or transportation could also face charges, police said.
