Male That Fired Gun In Front Of City Hall Now Charged

Police have charged Shon Bright with fired a gun into the air after he stopped his car on Jan 9, 2023 in front of city hall about 8:00 AM. He climbed onto the roof of his car and fired one shot into the air. He then sat on his car and was taken into custody by Sheriff Deputies.
He was not allowed to have a gun due to previous drug convictions, going back over a decade. He was charged with that as well as weapons offenses and reckless endangering.
