Just a few hours later, at 4:19 AM on the same block of Kensington Avenue, a male was shot . The perp ran away on foot and police said that they did not have a suspect in custody. The victim was rushed to Temple Hospital where he was pronounced dead at 4:33 AM.  Police are combing the area for video.
