Massachusetts Male Shot Dead In Northeast Philadelphia

James Cundiff was shot and killed outside, in the rear of a shopping center plaza, along the 6200 block of Bustleton Ave. A private vehicle rushed him to the hopsital, where he was pronounced dead, less than 30 minutes after he arrived. An witness has come forward to police to tell them what they saw. Besides that, police said there was no crime scene to investigate and they are looking for cameras.
Police did not say why Cundiff, a New Bedford resident was in Philadelphia, or if he re located here. No motive was given for the shooting.
