Argument Leads To Felony Charges In Roxborough

One male is going to be be arrested and charged with Aggravated Assault, (a felony) when police catch him. It all started about 1:00 AM on May 21, 2023. This male and another individual were involved in a verbal argument in the parking lot of Dominos Pizza on 5711 Ridge Ave.
Police said that the male in the below video was there to buy a pizza. Before he got his food, he pulled a silver handgun and threatened to shoot the other man in the argument. This male then went into the store and paid cash for his food and then left in a gold colored older model car. No injuries were reported.
