Homeless Male Arrested For Masturbating In Public In Bucks County

Police patrolling Doylestown Borough were flagged down on June 30, 2023. A man sat on a bench outside the Main Street Inn. He was minding his own business when Paul James Williams showed up and sat down next to him,
Within minutes, Williams unzipped his pants and exposed himself to the victim and began to masturbate in front of them, while sitting on the bench. The victim left and flagged down police who arrested Williams.
He is charged with open lewdness, harassment an d disorderly conduct. When police searched him, they found drugs on him as well. Williams was charged with drug possession. He was remanded to Bucks County Prison under $50,000 bail/ 10 percent.
