Body Of Male Pulled From Delaware River In Falls Township

A man died after he went into the Delaware River, near South Pennsylvania Ave. in Falls Township. Calls came into to 911 that he went into the river and never resurfaced. Witnesses who saw this called 911.
The Philadelphia Police helicopter was requested, as was the Trenton NJ Dive Team. As police and fire searched, numerous calls were made to different agencies for assistance, from the Coast Guard, to any department that had a drone that could scan the river.
Details were not clear if the man was on a boat or went into the river on his own. Initial reports started to come in about 6:00 PM. By 7:30 PM divers and the New Jersey State Police Marine Unit were bringing the mans body to the shore in Trenton New Jersey.
