Police Seek Upskirt Photographer In Philly Suburbs

With the weather getting hotter , girls are wearing less clothing. While average men will admire a pretty girl or even try to talk with her, a below average male will pull out a cellphone and wait until the girl is close by, bend down and take photos under her skirt. This is depraved , and also illegal.
Police in Lower Merion are looking for such a male who walked into the Trader Joes and saw girls wearing skirts. One more than one occasion, he took photos and left the area. These girls are strangers. They did not know him or authorize him to do that and now police want to see the photos as well. They want to arrest him. This happened on July 21,2023. Police just released the security photos of the suspect this weekend.
He is described as a , 20s, dark beard, glasses, wearing a red baseball cap, light blue shorts, a dark t-shirt, and white slides with white socks. By looking under girls skirts and taking photos is invasive it could also lead to even more serious charges, if the girl is under 18.
