Police: Large Street Shooting Was Road Rage

Philadelphia Police confirmed that a shooting that happened yesterday on the 6900 block of Large Street was due to a confrontation between two drivers. They got multiple calls for a shooting about 4:00 PM. When they arrived they found a 43 year old male had been shot one time in his abdomen.
Police did not wait for an ambulance and transported the male to Einstein Hospital where police said he was placed in stable condition. No description of the shooter was released except that it was a white male. No direction of travel was given.
