Watch Gang Of Hoodlums Loot and Ransack Center City Footlocker
Crimes committed months , or even years ago are coming to light. On September 26,2023 a judge dismissed charges against Mark Dial, a former Philadelphia Police Officer, in the shooting death of Eddie Irizzary. Thousands of people used that as an excuse to loot stores that has nothing to do with the incident.
Philadelphia Police just released security video of what can only be described as a gang of hoodlums breaching the doors of the Footlocker, located at 1519 Chestnut Street. They come in and took racks of clothes and shoes. Anything not nailed down., they stole.
Some of the merchandise falls to the ground. It is stepped on, kicked. The thieves have no interest in that, thinking it was discarded by someone. There is no rhyme or reason to this theft or the mob of thieves. Some have entered with no face coverings. It should be easy to catch. them.
Police need your help to identify those on this video.
