Philadelphia Police Look To Arrest Drunken Bar Brawler

Bar fights happen everyday. Someone gets too drunk, they start running their mouth and a fight happens. Sometimes it is taken outside. It’s wrong but both parties know what they are doing, There are no sneak attacks. The male in the above photo is wanted for a sneak attack when he was inside a bar on the 100 block of Chestnut Street. This happened October 7,2023. Police just released security photos this week.
The male , wearing a Phillies 26 Utley Jersey, came up from behind the male and started throwing punches, knocking him to the ground. As the victim fell, he got a gash in his leg that resulted in 17 stitches to close. He never saw the male coming, he never knew he was going to be assaulted.
If you have information as to the identity of the male, police want to hear from you.
Suspect Description: White male, unshaven, wearing a “Phillies 26 Utley” jersey, dark pants and two tone “Nike” sneakers. he was last seen drinking from a can of beer while in the bar.
